RENTAL & RESERVATION NOTES:

Please note, private rentals are rentals in which the restaurant will not be open to the public. Private rental agreements are required for private events to be booked during public dining hours. Individual private room rentals are not available during public dining hours. Hours of operation are Tues.-Sat. 11-2PM & 5-9PM. Please review the reservation information below. Thank you!

  1. Reservations up to 8 people can make a reservation online without having to call. Click here.
  2. Reservations of 8 to 15 people must call (765) 400-2002 or email info@fowlerhouse.org to arrange a reservation in advance. One bill (can be split only by percentages, i.e 50/50). Automated 20% gratuity will be added to total.
  3. Reservations of 15 - 30 people must call (765) 400-2002 or email info@fowlerhouse.org to arrange a reservation, provide a deposit of $10 per person at the time of booking, and provide menu selections at least 48 hours in advance. Standard large party wait times can be expected if no meal choices are provided. One bill (can be split only by percentages, i.e 50/50). Automated 20% gratuity will be added to total.
  4. Reservation requests for more than 30 people require a private rental. See below.
      • Private rental agreement & catering contract signed. 
      • Rental fee paid in full.
      • Food options must come from the catering menu. 
      • 2 hour minimum rental. 
      • ALL hourly private rentals need to fall into the following timeframes of rental - 9AM-2PM or from 4PM-11PM.
      • Hourly private rentals do not include linens.
      • Banquet tables are available to all day rentals only.
      • An automated 15% gratuity will be added to catering & services total.
